What We Offer
We host wine and food pairing events at your location. These events are perfect for birthday parties, hens' days, family or friends gatherings, team-building activities, and more. You can choose to learn the essentials of wine, including how to appreciate and discover your favourite varieties, basic cheese pairing, etiquette, and more. We can also guide you on a journey through the world of wine and delicatessens, teaching you about cheeses, wine, and charcuterie and how to pair them effectively.
Wine 101
This event is ideal for groups of up to 15 people. It features 7 wines paired with 7 cheeses. You’ll learn about the most common wine varieties, how to appreciate wine, and how to identify aromas and flavours. By the end of the class, you’ll gain insights into the wine profiles you enjoy, which can assist you in navigating options in a wine menu or wine shops. You’ll also explore cheeses from around the world and how to pair them with wine.
This class is led by a sommelier. Each wine is introduced with a tasting guide, and attendees can take their time discussing with others and interacting with real aromas. It includes fresh bread and European biscuits. At the end, participants can choose to have a glass of their favourite wine.
We need you to provide seating for all attendees. We'll take care of the rest!
